Last Minute, No Prob: Your Easy-To-Gift Guide
It's down to the last ten days, and you don't need to rack your brain any longer. This year, I'm sharing my list of Olive & Heart goodies along with a few other small businesses who are making it easy to shop for thoughtful gifts that give back. Friends and family are sure to love these home gifts that can last them well into the new year.
1. The Namesake Gift Box is back! Only a limited number of these boxes are in stock. Order to ship now, in time to place under the Christmas tree! Two olive oil infusions of your choice coupled with a olivewood heart plate hand carved in Bethlehem.

2. Nothing hits the home feeling more than gifting through food and the stories behind meals. Meet Michelle Nazzal, who has compiled the recipes passed down through generations in her family and segmented her cookbooks into designated meal courses. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner all available at the Mishmish Souq.

3. Gimme All Three Lanoush Granola Box is the newest box set with three flavors of granola:
Za'atar, Lemon/Berry and Cacao/Cardamom. These granola snacks make the flavors so many grew up with in their pantries easy to "grab and go" or munch on for a healthy snack in between meals, or added to your favorite yogurt for a breakfast all while offering the flavor palate of a traditional Middle Eastern breakfast. Lanoush Granola is made with the same fair trade ingredients sourced from small scale farmers in Palestine that are available throughout Olive & Heart.

4. Soap is always a good idea. Gift artisan made soaps from Syria and Lebanon in a beautifully curated box by Mint & Laurel, a social enterprise working with independent artisans and refugees to share and preserve ancient crafts.

5. The family owned Z&Z is making the Manoushe an American staple, and now they're sharing just some of what makes their Palestinian flatbread so special: a gift box set that includes Sumac from Turkey, Sea Salt and Za'atar from Palestine, and Aleppo Pepper from Syria.

6. Maf'Tool Box with Ceramic Plate is a complete kitchen "toolbox" that includes fair trade maftoul and an olive oil infusion along with a bottle spout, handmade ceramic small plate by Jerusalem artisan, Turabi and a recipe or two to take the question out of your next meal!

Happy gifting to all, and to all a safe holiday season.
Much love,
Lana
