Fair trade standards ensure farmers are compensated fair living wages, safe working conditions, and access to international markets to promote economic growth in their communities. The resulting high quality of fairly traded goods enables them to compete globally.
We will continue to primarily feature Canaan Fair Trade products. However, we look forward to curating a shop selection that features products by other social enterprises, companies and artisans.
We ship from California to the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Customers with delivery requests to rural areas, please be advised of our return policy. Please allow anywhere from 1 to 7 business days for U.S. orders. depending on the location of your delivery.
For international shipping, contact us to inquire about shipping to your address. Keep in mind, international shipping may take up to three weeks, depending on the destination country. We do not ship to international P.O. Boxes.
Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. PST / 5:00 p.m. EST will be shipped the next business day.
You can track your packages with the tracking number provided after your order has been processed. We do not ship on Sundays, or U.S. nationally observed holidays.
We ship at a flat rate of $8 to orders within the United States. Unfortunately we cannot offer this rate to international customers. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns may be made within 21 days of your order date. Return shipping fees may apply. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before mailing your return.
We do not accept returns on international orders.
Returned products must be in the original packaging and in resale condition. We do not refund shipping fees unless products are being returned due to damage, defect or from error in processing the order.
Undeliverable, Refused, Missing or Stolen Shipments
Olive & Heart is not responsible for shipments confirmed as “delivered” that were lost, stolen or not in the intended hands of the recipient. Olive & Heart is not responsible for undeliverable shipments, or shipments refused by the recipient.
If a package has been “returned to sender” to Olive & Heart, we will contact the customer regarding the situation and work to coordinate a new delivery. It is, however, the customer’s responsibility to pay for additional shipping charges if re-shipment is requested. If re-shipment is not possible or the customer opts not to have their order re-shipped, Olive & Heart will refund the amount of the product order, minus the original shipping costs, to the customer.
