Nabali is a native variety of the Palestinian village of Nablus. It’s a popular variety because of the medium piquancy in its taste. Like all Canaan Fair Trade olive oils, this bottle of Nabali is organic and cold pressed without any use of chemicals, lending to a pure tasting extra virgin olive oil that is low in acidity. Nabali has only a hint of peppery flavor, while predominantly fruity or floral. The low acidity enhances the flavor of the oil, making it uniquely edible by the spoonful, drizzled on raw vegetables or dipping in fresh bread as well as tossing in freshly cooked pastas or making vinaigrettes.
