Namoura, also known as basbousa or hareesa, depending on the region, is a Middle Eastern dessert made from semolina flour that is soaked in an orange blossom simple syrup. 

The aroma this dessert creates when baking is the kind that evokes words like “if I could bottle up this scent, I would.”  So we did!

The recipe also includes ghee, or as its known in Arabic, samneh.  Combined notes of butter and orange blossom make this candle both comforting and add a warm welcome to any space.
