Yes! If you are interested in bulk or custom orders for a wedding, engagement, other events or corporate gifting, please fill out the form on our Event & Corporate Gifts page.
Bulk orders have to do with the quantity of candles desired, as-is, from our shop page. Orders of 15 or more candles of a single scent should be submitted through a request form.
Since OLIVE & HEART candles are made in small batches, available inventory is not guaranteed. Use the request form to ensure candle production is dedicated to the scent(s) and quantity you need in a timely manner.
Custom requests include either a consultation or more involved email exchange to discuss potential jar size/style options, custom label design for your specific event (for example: wedding date, a couple's name) or other customizable details.
Custom requests must be submitted a minimum of 8 weeks in advance. Depending on the quantity and scope of the project, some custom requests may be accepted within 4-6 weeks at our discretion.
The "pre-order" appears when quantities have run out and recommended to ensure your desired quantity is factored into the next batch of candles.
Pre-orders are received in real time and prioritized chronologically just like a normal order so you don't have to wait on an unknown restock date or risk another batch being sold, causing further delay.

We accept requests to ship internationally via email. The website checkout currently only processes U.S. orders, but we can send you an invoice with payment link.
Email us the shop items you would like to purchase (to determine weight) and a mailing address. We will get back to you with a shipping estimate.
If you approve of the shipping cost and decide to move forward with the order, you will receive an invoice/ payment link.
No commitment is required when you first email us. An invoice is sent only with your approval to process upon your review of the shipping estimate.

At this time we do not offer returns. Please email hello@oliveandheart.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged product to request either a refund or exchange on purchases delivered within the United States, for which we will send a replacement for the damaged item.
Requests for refunds and exchanges must be sent within 30 days from the order date to be accommodated.
Exchanges will be for the same item originally ordered. However, because our candles are made in small batches, your originally ordered item may not be in stock and may take up to 14 days to be re-delivered. In the event that your original item is out of stock, OLIVE & HEART will offer customers the option to choose from another available scent instead of waiting for production to complete on the out-of-stock item. By choosing a different scent, please note that you will receive only the alternative scent selected instead of, not in addition to, your originally ordered scent.
International deliveries are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds. For damages or issues with large, bulk orders, please contact us at hello@oliveandheart.com.
WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVE IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED?
We know that sometimes there will be accidents that happen between receiving your order and shipping it out to you.
If you are missing an item, or received the wrong one, please send us a picture and your order number to hello@oliveandheart.com. We will send out the correct items. We are keen to minimize our carbon footprint as much as possible so we would prefer if you use the product or gift it to a friend.
WHAT IF I RECEIVED IT AS A GIFT?
We do not return, refund or exchange items received as gifts.
WHAT IF I RECEIVED OR BOUGHT A GIFT CARD?
All Gift Cards cannot be returned, redeemed for cash, or returned for a cash refund.
