Where and how do you ship?

We ship from California to the 50 United States and the District of Columbia.  Customers with delivery requests to rural areas, please be advised of our return policy. (See below.)

Please allow anywhere from 1 to 7 business days for U.S. orders, depending on the location of your delivery.

International shipping may take up to three weeks, depending on the destination country. We do not ship to international P.O. Boxes. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. 

When do you ship?

Orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days from the time the order was placed.  We do not ship on Sundays, or U.S. nationally observed holidays. 

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your packages with the tracking number provided after your order has been processed. 

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping on orders of $125 or more will automatically be applied at checkout.

What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns may be made within 21 days of your order date. Return shipping fees will apply. Please contact us at hello@oliveandheart.com before mailing your return.

We do not accept returns on international orders or prepared foods. (Granola products.)

Returned products must be in the original packaging and in resale condition. We do not refund shipping fees unless products are being returned due to damage, defect or from error in processing the order.

Undeliverable, Refused, Missing or Stolen Shipments

Olive & Heart is not responsible for shipments confirmed as "delivered" that were lost, stolen or not in the intended hands of the recipient. Olive & Heart is not responsible for undeliverable shipments, or shipments refused by the recipient.

If a package has been "returned to sender" to Olive & Heart, we will contact the customer regarding the situation and work to coordinate a new delivery. It is, however, the customer’s responsibility to pay for additional shipping charges if re-shipment is requested. If re-shipment is not possible or the customer opts not to have their order re-shipped, Olive & Heart will refund the full amount of the product order, minus the original shipping costs, to the customer.
